Acupuncture sessions are 60 minutes in length, with an in depth consultation preceding the treatment. During each appointment we will go over your chief concerns and all associated symptoms and discuss your goals for treatment. A 45 minute treatment will follow that will be highly individualized as pertaining to your needs and diagnosis. A typical treatment will consist of acupuncture, cupping*, gua sha, tui na (therapeutic massage), essential oils and energy work as necessary.

*Cupping is a powerful tool for removing blockages in the musculoskeletal layer. It uses suction as a means for lifting the skin and fascia into the cup itself so that fresh blood can flow to the tissues underneath, allowing for optimal circulation and healing. Please be aware bruising (circular marks) following cupping is common and usually lasts 2-7 days depending on the degree of stagnation present.

Appointment fees for all sessions follow a sliding scale structure; between $100-150 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 95 Diamond Street and $125-$175 per session on Thursdays at 87 Richardson Street. This includes both acupuncture and cupping.

Please note, cancellations require 24 hours advance notice or will be charged the full base fee of the appointment.

It is encouraged that you come to your appointment wearing loose, comfortable clothing and having eaten a light snack beforehand. Questions are also welcomed throughout the process, as dialogue and understanding are essential elements of self-empowered healing.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday sessions are located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn at 95 Diamond Street

Thursday sessions are located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, at 87 Richardson Street, Suite #4
