Initial Acupuncture Sessions are for those visiting for their first time or who I have not seen in over a year. The session is 60 minutes in length, with an in depth consultation preceding the treatment. During this appointment we will go over your chief concerns and all associated symptoms and discuss your goals for treatment. A 45 minute treatment will follow that will be highly individualized as pertaining to your needs and diagnosis. A typical treatment will consist of acupuncture, *cupping, gua sha, tui na (therapeutic massage), essential oils and energy work as necessary. The fee for this session is $160.
Follow Up Acupuncture Sessions are 60 minutes in length and include a short consultation to check in on treatment progress, current symptoms and concerns followed by a full body acupuncture treatment. Sessions follow a sliding scale fee structure; between $130-180 per session.
Follow Up Acupuncture Session with Fire Cupping are 60 minutes in length and include a 10 minute fire cupping and massage portion at the end of the treatment. Cupping is a powerful tool for removing blockages in the musculoskeletal layer. It uses suction as a means for lifting the skin and fascia into the cup itself so that fresh blood flows to the tissues underneath, allowing for optimal circulation and healing. Fire cupping uses the additional element of fire inside of a glass cup to create the suction. This adds further warming and detoxification benefit and the cups can slide across a greater area, covering more muscle groups and fascia along the way. Please be aware bruising (circular marks) following cupping is common and usually lasts 2-7 days depending on the degree of stagnation present. The sliding scale for this appointment is between $160-200.
Facial Rejuvenation Sessions are 90 minutes in length. This session if for existing clients only, that have already completed an initial intake session. This session includes facial rejuvenation acupuncture, facial guasha with skin nourishing oils and lymphatic drainage massage, as well as full body acupuncture aimed at opening flow through the neck and upper back. This session is aimed at increasing circulation and collagen production in the skin while encouraging lymphatic drainage and healing of skin concerns. The fee for this session is $270.

It is encouraged that you come to your appointment wearing loose, comfortable clothing and having eaten a light snack beforehand. Questions are also welcomed throughout the process, as dialogue and understanding are essential elements of self empowered healing.
